పౌరహక్కుల నాయకులూ (కనీసం కార్యకర్తలూ) ఎక్కడున్నారు మీరు? అక్కడ హైదరాబాద్ లో పౌరహక్కులకు పాతరేశారట. మీరు అక్కడికి వెళ్లి నిరసన తెలియజేయకపోయినా కనీసం ఖండించక పొతే ఎలా?
మీకు ఇంకా తెలియలేదా? కొంతమంది పెట్టుబడి దారులకు హైదరాబాదుపై గుత్తాధిపత్యం కావాలట! దానికి రాష్ట్ర విభజనద్వారా భంగం కలుగుతుందట. మరి ఆ హక్కును ప్రభుత్వం కాలరాస్తే ఎలా?
అదేం హక్కు అంటారా? సమైక్యవాదం అంటే మీకు సరిగ్గా తెలీదులా వుంది. ఇన్నాళ్ళూ ఏంచేస్తున్నారు? ఇప్పుడైనా నేర్చుకోండి, సమైక్యవాదులు చెప్పే హక్కులంటే ఏంటో!
- నదులు పారే చోట నీటిని వాడుకునే హక్కు వుండదు, ఎవరు ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ప్రభావితం చేయగలరో వారిదే ఆ హక్కు!
- ఏ ప్రాంతం ఉద్యోగాలు ఆప్రాంతం వారివి కావు, ఎవడు దొంగ సర్టిఫికెట్లు పెట్టి, అస్మదీయుల రికమండేషనుతోనో, లంచాలతోనో చేర గలిగితే వాడిదే ఆ ఉద్యోగాల మీద హక్కు.
- ప్రాజెక్టు, కాలువలు ఉన్నంత మాత్రాన నీటిపై హక్కు వున్నట్టు కాదు, ఎవడు ఆ తూములు పగల గొట్ట గలిగితే వాడిదే ఆ నీటిమీద హక్కు.
- పక్క ప్రాంతం వాడికి మెజారిటీ లేదు కాబట్టి వాడి చరిత్రను, సంస్కృతిని తరగతి పుస్తకాల్లో లేకుండా చేసే హక్కు, తద్వారా వచ్చే తరాలకు వారి చరిత్ర, సంస్కృతి వారికే తెలియకుండా చేసే హక్కు.
- ప్రక్క ప్రాంతం వాడి, యాస, అలవాట్లు పుస్తకాల్లో, మీడియాలో, సినిమాల్లో నిరంతం హేళన చేస్తూ వారిని నిరంతరం ఆత్మా న్యూనతకు గురిచేసి, మానసికంగా బలహీన పరచే హక్కు.
- పక్క ప్రాంతం వాడు న్యాయంగా, రాజ్యాంగ బద్ధంగా కోరే కోర్కెలను వ్యతిరేకిస్తూ దొంగ ఉద్యమాలు చేస్తూ వారిని అడ్డుకునే హక్కు. దొంగ నివేదికలతో కేంద్రాన్ని ప్రభావితం చేసే హక్కు.
- పక్క ప్రాంతం వారికి పొత్తు కూడడానికి ఇష్టం వున్నా లేకపోయినా సరే, సమైక్యవాదులమని చెప్పుకునే ఒక ప్రాంతం వారికి ఇష్టమైతే చాలు, బలవంతంగా పొత్తుకూడే హక్కు.
- వోట్లకు ముందు ప్రత్యేక రాష్ట్రానికి వ్యతిరేకం కాదని చెప్పి, పోలింగు జరిగిన వెంటనే ప్రత్యేక రాష్ట్రం వస్తే వీసా తీసుకుని వెళ్లాలని చెప్పి, ప్రజల్ని మభ్యపెట్టే హక్కు.
ఇవీ హక్కులంటే. వీటినే మీరు ఇప్పటినుండి మీ హక్కుల డిక్షనరీలో చేర్చుకొని, వీటికి ఏమాత్రం భంగం కలిగినా మీరు ఎదిరించాలి. అర్థమయిందా?

ReplyDeleteYou are right. These samaikyavadis kept quite when public meeting of the opposition leader in Parliament Sushma Swaraj's meeting was not permitted in Nijam College grounds. They have kept quite when T agitators being brutally handled all the time.
But they suddenly remembered about the existence of human rights when their so called workshop was not permitted by the Government on the same grounds.
