హైదరాబాద్ ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌కు రాజధాని అయిన తర్వాతనే అభివృద్ధి చెందినదని మరొక సీమాంధ్ర ప్రచారం. నిజానికి రాజధాని లేని ఆంధ్ర రాష్ట్రానికి అప్పటికే అన్ని విధాల అభివృద్ధి చెంది ఉన్న హైదరాబాద్‌ను బంగారు పళ్ళెంలో పెట్టి ఇచ్చారు. ఆ తర్వాత ఏమి అభివృద్ధి చెందినా అది దేశంలో ఇతర నగరాలు ఎలా అభివృద్ధి చెందాయో అలాగే హైదరాబాద్ కూడా అభివృద్ధి చెందినది. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌కు రాజధాని కాక మునుపే హైదరాబాద్ దేశంలోని ఐదవ పెద్ద నగరంగా పేరు పొందినది.ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ఏర్పడ్డ తర్వాత వాస్తవానికి విశాఖపట్నం, హైదరాబాద్ కంటే ఎక్కువగా అభివృద్ధి చెందినది. వందల సంవత్సరాలనుంచి రాజధానిగా ఉంటూ తెలంగాణ పది జిల్లాల నడుమ ఉన్న హైదరాబాద్ తెలంగాణకు దక్కుతుందా లేదా హైదరాబాద్‌కు వచ్చి ఇక్కడ తమను తాము అభివృద్ధి చేసుకొన్న సీమాంధ్రులకు దక్కుతుందా? కనీస మానవీయత ఉన్న మనిషికెవరికైనా అర్థమయ్యే విషయమే. హైదరాబాద్ సమస్యను లేవనెత్తింది తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ఏర్పాటును జటిలం చేయటానికే. ఇది శ్రీ కృష్ణ కమిటీ కావాలని సృష్టించిన సమస్య.
ఆ కాలంలో హైదరాబాద్ సంస్థానం భారతదేశంలో అతి పెద్ద, అత్యంత ధనిక సంస్థానం. సెప్టెంబర్ 17, 1948 న నిజాం సంస్థానం భారత దేశంలో విలీనం చెందినప్పుడు దాని ఆదాయం 900 లక్షల పౌండులు.హైదరాబాద్ రాష్ట్రంలో ప్రత్యేక బ్యాంకు, హైదరాబాద్ స్టేట్ బ్యాంకు ఉన్నాయి.నిజానికి హైదరాబాద్ అభివృద్ధి చెందినది నిజాం పరిపాలనలోనే.19వ శతాబ్దం తొలి దశకంలో మూసీ నది వరదల కారణంగా అప్పటి నిజాం ప్రఖ్యాత ఇంజనీర్ మోక్షగుండం విశ్వేశ్వరయ్యను హైదరాబాద్‌కు రప్పించి హైదరాబాద్‌లో నీటి వనరులు, డ్రైనేజీ సిస్టంను అభివృద్ధి చేశారు. హైదరాబాద్ సంస్థానంలో రైల్వే స్టేషన్‌లను నిర్మించింది నిజామే. హైదరాబాద్‌లో బడులు, మహిళా కళాశాలలు , మదరసాలను, ఉస్మానియా విశ్వవిద్యాలయము, హైకోర్ట్ భవనము, స్టేట్ సెంట్రల్ లైబ్రరీ, జూబ్లీ హాల్, ఉస్మానియా జనరల్ ఆసుపత్రి,అసెంబ్లీ భవనాన్ని, మోండా మార్కెట్, మోజంజాహి మార్కెట్, అబిడ్స్ మార్కెట్, ఫలక్‌నుమా ప్యాలెస్‌ను, హుస్సేన్ సాగర్, ఉస్మాన్ సాగర్, హిమాయత్ సాగర్ లాంటి జలాశయాలను నిర్మించింది నిజామే.
హైదరాబాద్, సికింద్రాబాద్ జంట నగరాలలో విశాలమైన రోడ్లను చక్కటి ఉద్యానవనాలను నిర్మించింది కూడా నిజామే. నాగార్జున సాగర్ నిర్మాణానికి సర్వే ప్రారంభించినది నిజాం కాలంలోనే. జనవరి 26, 1950 న భారత రాజ్యాంగము అమలు కాగా, హైదరాబాద్ రాష్ట్రం 1956 వరకు కొనసాగింది. 1955లో హైదరాబాద్ లోని వసతులను చూసిన అంబేద్కర్ దీనిని భారత దేశానికి రెండవ రాజధానిగా చేయాలని భావించారు. ఎన్నో విషయాలలో ఢిల్లీ కంటే మెరుగైన నగరంగా పేర్కొన్నారు. అటువంటి హైదరాబాద్‌ను ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌కు రాజధానిగా చేయడం వలన అప్పటి నిజాం హయాంలోని చాలా పరిశ్రమలు మూత పడ్డాయి. అందులో ఆజంజాహి మిల్లు, సిర్పూర్ సిల్క్ మిల్లు, అంతగ్రాం స్పిన్నింగ్ మిల్లు, నిజాం షుగర్స్ లాంటివి ఎన్నో ఉన్నాయి. ఇదీ సీమాంధ్ర ప్రభుత్వాలు సీమాంధ్రులు చేసిన హైదరాబాద్ అభివృద్ధి!
పురాతన హైదరాబాద్ అందాన్ని మరుగు పరచేవి పెద్ద పెద్ద ఆకాశ హర్మ్యాలు కావు.అవి హైదరాబాద్ అభివృద్ధికి నిదర్శనాలూ కావు. అందరూ చెప్పే హైటెక్ సిటీ హైదరాబాద్ శివార్లలో ఉన్నది. అది హైదరాబాద్ అభివృద్ధికి నిదర్శనం కాదు. మైక్రోసాఫ్ట్, ఒరాకిల్, డెల్, మోటోరోల లాంటి బహుళ జాతి కంపెనీల పెట్టుబడి, ఇన్ఫోసిస్, విప్రో లాంటి పెట్టుబడి సీమాంధ్రుల పెట్టుబడి కాదు. సత్యం కంప్యూటర్స్ పెట్టుబడి మాత్రం సీమాంధ్రుల పెట్టుబడి. దాని వెనుక ఎన్ని మోసాలు జరిగాయో సీమాంధ్రులు ఏవిధంగా మోసాలకు పాల్పడుతారో చెప్పడానికి అది ఓ మంచి ఉదాహరణ.ఆంధ్రా నుంచి వచ్చి కూకట్‌పల్లి, మియాపూర్, జూబ్లీ హిల్స్, బంజారా హిల్స్ లాంటి కాలనీలు నిర్మించుకున్నారు.
ఇదా సీమాంధ్రులు చేసిన హైదరాబాద్ అభివృద్ధి ప్రభుత్వం నుంచి అనేక రాయితీలు పొంది హైదరాబాద్‌లో స్థాపించిన సినీ పరిక్షిశమ వల్ల లాభపడింది ఆంధ్రా వాళ్ళే.అలాగే తెలంగాణను ఆంధ్రాలో కలపటం వలన అధికారంలో ఉన్నవారి అండతో హైదరాబాద్‌లోని ప్రభుత్వ, వక్ఫ్ భూములను ఏవిధంగా కబ్జా చేయవచ్చునో ఆ ధనంతో ఏవిధంగా కేంద్రంలోని నాయకులను తమ గుప్పిట్లో పెట్టుకోవచ్చునో, ప్రకటించిన తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రాన్ని ఎలా అడ్డుకోవచ్చునో సీమాంధ్ర పెట్టుబడిదారులు రుజువు చేసి చూపించారు. హైదరాబాద్ ను అడ్డంగా పెట్టుకున్నది ఎక్కడ తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రం ఏర్పడితే తాము అక్రమంగా సంపాదించిన ఆస్తులు కోల్పోవలసి వస్తుందనో అని వారి భయం. అందుకే సమైక్యాంధ్ర నినాదాన్ని కేంద్రం ముందుకు తెచ్చి తెలంగాణను అడ్డుకుంటున్నారు.
55 సంవత్సరాలుగా హైదరాబాద్ నుంచి వస్తున్న ఆదాయాన్ని సీమాంధ్రకు తరలించడం ఇక ముందు సాధ్యపడదని వారి భయం. హైదరాబాద్ నుంచి వచ్చే ఆదాయం, మిగతా తెలంగాణ నుంచి కాని లేదా సీమాంధ్ర ప్రాంతం నుంచి వచ్చే ఆదాయం కంటే ఎక్కువ. ఉదాహరణకు 2003 ఏప్రిల్, 2007 జనవరి మధ్యలో సీమాంధ్ర ఆదాయం 17270 కోట్ల రూపాయలు.అదే కాలంలో హైదరాబాదేతర తెలంగాణ ఆదాయం 22318 కోట్ల రూపాయలు. హైదరాబాద్ ఆదాయం 32432 కోట్ల రూపాయలు.అంటే హైదరాబాదేతర తెలంగాణ ఆదాయం సీమాంధ్ర ప్రాంతం నుంచి వచ్చే ఆదాయం కంటే ఎక్కువ. హైదరాబాద్ ఆదాయం సీమాంధ్ర ఆదాయం కంటే రెట్టింపు. ఈవిధంగా బంగారు గుడ్లు పెడుతున్న హైదరాబాద్‌ను, తెలంగాణను సీమాంధ్రులుఎలా వదులుకుంటారు? ఈ వివరాలు ఎవరో తెలంగాణ వాది చెప్పినవి కాదు.
అప్పటి ఆర్ధిక మంత్రి రోశయ్య మార్చి 2007లో శాసన సభలో స్వయంగా చెప్పారు. హైదరాబాద్‌కు సీమాంధ్రుల వల్ల గత 40 సంవత్సరాలలో ఎంతో నష్టం జరిగింది. హుస్సేన్‌సాగర్, వక్ఫ్ భూములు మూసీ నది ఆక్రమణకు గురైంది. ఉర్దూ భాష అంతరించి పోతున్నది. మత కలహాలు పెరిగాయి. హైదరాబాద్ చుట్టూ 60 కిలోమీటర్లలో రింగ్ రోడ్లను ఏర్పాటు చేసి దోపిడీకి ద్వారాలు తెరిచింది సీమాంధ్ర ప్రభుత్వం. ఇలాంటి ఘోరాల నుంచి హైదరాబాద్‌ను కాపాడాలంటే తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ఏర్పాటు ఆవశ్యకం. కొత్తగా ఏర్పడే తెలంగాణకు రాజధాని హైదరాబాద్ ఉండాలి. ఇది తెలంగాణ ప్రజల హక్కు కూడా.అలాగే ఉమ్మడి రాజధానిగా లేదా కేంద్ర పాలిత ప్రాంతంగా కూడా హైదరాబాద్‌ను తెలంగాణ ప్రజలు ఒప్పుకునేది లేదు.చారివూతాత్మకంగా చూసినా,బౌగోళికంగా, ఆర్ధిక పరంగా చూసినా హైదరాబాద్ తెలంగాణది.
సీమాంధ్ర ప్రాంతం వారికి హైదరాబాద్‌లో నివాసం, వ్యాపారం ఉద్యోగం చేసుకోవడానికే తప్ప హైదరాబాద్‌ను ఆంధ్రకు రాజధానిగా అడిగే ఎలాంటి హక్కు లేదు. 1952లో పొట్టి శ్రీరాములు మద్రాస్‌ను నూతనంగా ఏర్పడే ఆంధ్ర రాష్ట్రానికి రాజధాని చేయాలని మొండిగా 58 రోజులు నిరాహార దీక్ష చేసినా మద్రాస్‌ను ఆంధ్ర రాష్ట్రానికి రాజధాని చేయలేదు. మరి ఇప్పుడు హైదరాబాద్‌ను ఎలా వారికి కావాలని సీమాంధ్రులు అడుగుతున్నారు? కొత్తగా ఏర్పడే తెలంగాణ , హైదరాబాద్ తెలంగాణకు రాజధాని కావడం వలన కానీ సీమాంధ్ర ప్రజలు విద్యార్థులు భయపడనవసరం లేదు. తెలంగాణ వారిని వాళ్ళ ప్రాంతాలకు వెళ్ళమనడం లేదు. హైదరాబాద్‌లో ఉద్యోగాలు ఎక్కువగా ప్రైవేటు రంగంలో ఉన్నాయి.ఐటీ లాంటి ప్రైవేటు రంగంలో ఉద్యోగాలు సీమాంధ్రులతో సహా భారతీయులు ఎవ్వరైనా హైదరాబాద్ లో చేసుకోవచ్చు. మరి తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ఏర్పాటుకు అభ్యంతర మెందుకు?

Whatever you wrote on telangana and andhara..it doesn't matter..from past 60yrs you ppl are fighting for separate telangana..they you should have taken telangana with during 1950's. Even Bidar, Bellari and some other districts merged with other state..now they want separate state..During the AP state formation, pedda manushula oppandam prakaram, karonool state capital, after state formation, due to the lack of development in telangana, hyderabad became capital... This place is owned by muslims..they don't want to be part of Telangana...if you really want telangana..just stay away from Hayderabad..then see you politicians reaction..you can all other districts where naxels are driving you..leave hyderabad, we will take care of..hyderabad telangana..we will form as separate..we will separate as Telangana sodurulam....just imagine..if tomorrow hyderabad want to become seperate state..how do you feel? it's same feeling for Andhra people..we have developed this state by people for the people..to be honest with you telangana peopel..never contributed for this development..infact spoiled all your place..due to naxlisim and selling lands for Dhavath and Beer...ask your inner voice..

Another false statement. All muslim groups are actively participating in T struggle ander JAC umbrella except MIM. The MIM has also strongly asserted that the Hyderabad is part of Telangana and if it finds any attempts ot separate from it, it would support TRS for Telangana cause as stated by Asaduddin Owaisi.

హైదరాబాదులో ఉన్న పరిశ్రమలలో ఆంధ్రా వారి పరిశ్రమలు ఎన్ని వున్నాయనుకుంటున్నారు?
ReplyDeleteహైదరాబాదు లాంటి పెద్దనగరం ఒకరు అభివృద్ధి చేయాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు. ఒక స్టేజీ దాటి పోయాక అది దానంటత అదే అభివృద్ధి చెందుతుంది. ఆ స్టేజీ హైదరాబదు 1945కి ముందే దాటి పోయింది. అది చూసే గదా తమ పూర్వీకులు ఇక్కడికొచ్చింది. పెట్టుబడులు వస్తాయి. హైదారాబాదుకు కూడా అలాగే పెట్టుబడులు వచ్చాయి, ఆంధ్రా నుంచైనా, మరో ప్రాంతం నుంచైనా. ఎక్కడ నుండైనా హ్య్దరాబాదును ఉపయోగించుకుని తాము అభివృద్ధి చెందాలని తప్ప హైదరాబాదును ఉద్ధరిద్దామని ఎవరూ పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టరు. అలా పెట్టే వారైతే శుబ్బరంగా తమ ప్రాంతం లోనే పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టేవారు. అలా పెట్టలేదు కాబట్టే వారి యావ అభివృద్ధి కాదని, సొంతలాభాలేనని అర్థమౌతూనే వుంది.
ఇక్కడ వున్న పెద్ద నగరం, తద్వారా వచ్చిన వ్యాపారాలు, ఇక్కడి ఖనిజాలు, బొగ్గు వీటన్నితో వచ్చిన ఆదాయాన్ని తాము చేసిన అభివృద్ధిగా ఎలా చెప్పగలరు? అంత అభివృద్ధి చేయగల సత్తా వుండే వారైతే మీ ప్రాంతాలను, తద్వారా అక్కడి ప్రజలను అభివృద్ధి చేసే వారు. ఏ వ్యాపారస్థునికైనా తాను అభివృద్ధి చెందాలని వుంటుంది తప్ప, లోకాన్ని ఉద్ధరించాలని కాదు. మీరు కొత్త సూత్రాన్ని ప్రతిపాదిస్తానంటే, ఇప్పుడెవరూ నమ్మే పరిస్థితి లేదు.

ReplyDeleteమీరు హైదరాబాద్ గురించి మాట్లాడుతున్నారా? లేక హైదరాబాదేతర తెలంగాణా గురించి మాట్లాడుతున్నారా? పోనీ హైదరాబాద్ మీరన్నట్టు ఆటోమేటిక్ గా అభివృద్ధి చెందే దశను 1945 కు ముందే సాధించింది, ఆంధ్రా వాళ్ళు వచ్చి ప్రత్యేకంగా చేసింది ఏదీ లేదు అనుకుందాం. మరి పైన మీరు చెప్పిన మిగిలిన ప్రాంతం లెక్క ఏంటి? అభివృద్ధి చెందకుండా, ఎవరూ చేయకుండా ఏ వనరుల ఆధారంగా అంత ఆదాయం సాధించింది? ఒక్క ఇక్కడి ఖనిజాలు, బొగ్గు ఆధారంగానే మీరు చెప్పిన 22318 కోట్ల రూపాయలు వచ్చేశాయంటారా?

"హైదరాబాదేతర" అంటే రంగారెడ్డి జిల్లా కూడా వుంటుంది కదా. 1956లో హైదరాబాదు, రంగారెడ్డి ఒకటిగానే వుండేవి. హైదరాబాదులోని infrastructure వల్ల శివారు ప్రాంతమైన రంగారెడ్డి కూడా అభివృద్ధి చెందడం అత్యంత సహజమైన విషయం.

ReplyDelete1. If you really interested about the Telangana people..you can form your state with only telangana people. But who are the real telangana people? where are they now?
2. How do you know who's from telangana region and who's from non-telangana. Since we have great improvement in technology, let's say that TRS is conducting DNA test. But this is very challenging, all the telangana leaders from non-telanagana region.???
3. Hyderabad is developed my Nizam Navab, real telangana people are not navabs. Navabs hates telangana people and their presence, as per the past history, Nizam navabs treated telangana people are untouchables. How can you include Hyderabad as your property...if i am real telaganite, i will not include this place into my state.
4. Why don't you request for Telangana without hyderabad and see the Congress response..definitely they will accept it..hurry..60yrs struggle finally achieved..But you don't want telangana witout Hyd..why?
5. Let's take this way..first form your telangana state without Hyd..let's hyderabad people decide, where to merge..new Telangana or AP. Based on your performance in future..like Euro currency, (UK pound is checking the performance in euro)..agree?
6. Just imagine, how your politicians and your own neighbors will react for this decision..if you really love your telangana..you should not suppose to wait for Hyd..let's leave it..move on.. achieve your 60yr goal..form the state without hyd...and build hyd like places 100 in new telangana..you have enough hard core naxalites..ready to support..they are doing nothing from past 60yrs..AP people are feeding them, with their tax money.
you have to show your next generation..how did you raised from no where....look at japan.. every year they have some kind of nature calamity..still they are raising with new hope..in next 60yrs..telangana should be example for the rest of the world..
if you are real telanganite..you will post this comment..other wise you are not going get your state..

ReplyDelete1. We are demanding a separate state with the borders of present 10 Telangana districts. Please be aware that we are not demanding a state exclusively Telangana people. We consider all people who are enclosed in those borders as Telanganaites.
2. First point explained enough about this.
3. You must get enoughly informed that a Raja or a Nawab can not develop a state on his own without the blood and sweat of his people. Once you learn this, it is not harder to understand the remaining.
4. Hyderabad is geographically enclosed in Telangana and part of it from the beginning. In fact it was the capital of the region. Why the hell are you so much interested about Hyderabad being an outsider? Let Telangana people and Hyderabad people decide about the fate of Hyderabad. Please keep away from us, you have already caused enough damage to us.
5. Explained this already as part of 4th question. You must realise that there is no separate Hyderabad movement at present. All stakeholders of Hyderabad including MIM are totally in agreement that Hyderabad is part of Telangana. You andhra people who have no connection with Hyderabad does not even deserve to talk about Hyderabad.
6. You will remain to see how Telangana is achieved including Hyderabad.

ReplyDeleteAs I said earlier, you have no right to talk or decide about Hyderabad, as you are not at all related with Hyderabad. The people of Hyderabad and its representatives all want Hyderabad be part of Telangana. If you have problems in understanding, I can not help.
