నిన్నటికి నిన్న తెలంగాణా ప్రజల నోటికాడి నీళ్ళను కూడ లాక్కపోయి వాళ్ళ మూడో కారుకు పారించుకున్నరంటే ఇంకా కలిసి వుండడం అవసరమా?
ఈ మాట మేమడుగుతుంటే ఒకడేమో ఇక్ష్వాకుల కాలం నుంచీ అందరం కలిసే వున్నమంటడు. ఇంకొకడేమో తెలుగు భాష మాట్లాడే వాళ్ళంత ఒక్కతాన ఉండాలె నంటడు. ఇంకొకడు మరీ బలుపెక్కి విలీనం చెందినంక తెలంగాణల విద్యాసంస్కృతి పెరిగిందని కూయబట్టిండు.
విద్యా సంస్కృతి వీడి అమ్మ సొత్తు లెక్క మాట్లాడబడుతడు. అసలు విద్య అంటే ఏందో తెలుసా ఇసుమంటోల్లకు? శ్రీచైతన్య, నారాయణల బట్టీ గొట్టుడే వీళ్ళకు తెలిసిన ఒకే ఒక విద్య.
కాలం గడిచే కొద్దీ ప్రతి దేశం లోనూ, ప్రాంతం లోనూ జీవన ప్రమాణాలు మెరుగు పడుతూనే వుంటయి. అది రాజుల పాలన అయినా రాక్షసుల పాలన అయినా. రెండొందల సంవత్సరాల తెల్లోని పాలనల కూడా జీవన ప్రమాణాలు మెరుగుపడ్డయి అన్నది కాదనలేని నిజం. అంత మాత్రాన మనం కలకాలం వాని కిందనే బతుకాల్నా?
అసలు ఇట్లాంటి కూతలు కూసే వాళ్ళ ఉద్దేశాలు ఏంటియో అర్థం కావు. 'ఈ రాష్ట్రంల సమానత్వం లేదు, సవతి ప్రేమ వుందిరా బై, దానికి నిదర్శనం ఈ నీళ్ళ నిధుల మళ్లింపు' అని చెప్తుంటే దానికి సమాధానం వుండదు.
వీళ్ళు మాట్లాడే మాటలు ఎట్లుంట యంటే, 'నేను లోటస్ పాండ్లు, లాంకో హిల్సు కట్టుకున్నా కావొచ్చు, నువ్వు గుడిసె నుంచి పెంకుటిల్లుకు వచ్చినవు కదా? అందుకని నువ్వు కూడా అభివృద్ధి చెందినవు' అన్నట్టు.
నేను అభివృద్ధి చెందితే అది నా రెక్కల కష్టం తోని. ఆంధ్రా ప్రాంతపు సామాన్య ప్రజలు కూడా దాదాపు వాళ్ళ రెక్కల కష్టం తోనే అభివృద్ధి చెందినరు. కాని ఆంద్ర జనాభా ఎక్కువ కాబట్టి పాలన ఆంధ్ర నాయకుల గుప్పిట్ల వుంది. అందువల్ల దోచింది దోచుకుంటున్నరు, మిగిలింది ఆంధ్రల కర్చు పెడుతున్నరు. తెలంగాణకు మాత్రం మొండిచెయ్యి చూపిస్తున్నరు.
మా రాష్ట్రం మాకుంటే దాన్ని పాలించే నాయకుడు మంచోడైనా, చెడ్డోడైనా, కాంగ్రేసోడు అయినా తెలుగుదేశపోడు అయినా మాకు బాధ లేదు. అప్పుడు మా నీళ్ళతోని పక్క రాష్ట్రంల డ్యాములు కట్టలేడు. మా పైసలతోని పక్క రాష్ట్రంల యూనివర్సిటీలు, దావఖానాలు కట్టలేడు. అందుకనే మా రాష్ట్రం మాగ్గావాలె.
శ్రీకాంత్ గారు.. ఏదయినా సఫలం కావాలంటే మనం చేసే పనిలో శ్రద్ధ్హ వుండాలి.. నిజాయితీ వుండాలి.. కాని తెలంగాణా ఉద్యమం అంతా ఒక పద్దతి లేకుండా జరుగుతుంది.. ఉద్యమం అంటే బస్సుల మీద రాళ్ళు.. వేరే ప్రాంతం వాళ్ళ మీద దాడులు, విగ్రహాల ద్వంసం కాదు...అందులో స్పష్టత వుండాలి.. సకల జనుల ఉద్యమం చెశారు, అప్పటి నుంచి ఆ సాకు చూపి ప్రభుత్వం ఇంకా కరంట్ కొతలు విదిస్తూనే వుంది రాష్త్రం మొత్తం. చివరకి ప్రజలకు ఏమన్న ఓరిగిందా .. లేదు.. నాయకులకి ప్యాకేజీలు వచ్చాయి.. సమ్మె చేసిన ఉద్యోగులకి జీతాలు వచ్చాయి.. చివరకి నష్టపోయింది ఎవరు..అన్ని ప్రాంతాల ప్రజలు..
ReplyDeleteతెలంగాణా కంటే ఉత్తర కోస్తా జిల్లాలు , రాయలసీమ జిల్లాలు, ప్రకాశం లాంటి జిల్లాలు అభివృద్ది చెందాయనుకొంటున్నారా ? లేనే లేదు.. ప్రాంతం అభివృద్ది అంతా నాయకుల చేతుల్లొనే వుంది.. నాయకులని ఎన్నుకోవటం మీ చేతుల్లో వుంది.. మీరనుకొంటున్నట్లు అన్ని జిల్లాలకి సమర్దవంతమయిన నాయకులు లేరు.. కేవలం చిత్తూరు, కడప లాంటి జిల్లలకే మంచి నాయకత్వం వుంది.. గుంటూరు, కృష్ణా, గోదావరి, వరంగల్ లాంటి కొన్ని జిల్లాలు భౌగోళికంగా కొంత సారవంతంగా వున్నాయి..
మహారాష్త్ర బాబ్లీ కడితే తెలంగాణాకి ఎంత నష్టమో , కర్ణాటక ఆలమట్టి కట్టినందువల్ల ..సీమాంధ్రకి అంతకంటే ఎక్కువే నష్టం.. మనవాళ్ళు కలిసి వుండి కూడ ఏమి పీకలేకపోయారు..ఇంక విడిపోయి ఏమన్నా సాధిస్తారా ? ఆలోచించండి..
సాగర్ గేట్లు తీసి నీళ్ళు వదిలినందువల్ల అందరికంటే హైదరాబాదీలకే ఎక్కువ నష్టం.. దానికి ఎవరి రాజకీయ వకాల్తా అవసరంలేదు..
మీ వ్యాసంలో వాడిన భాష ఒకసారి మళ్ళి చూడండి.. వాడు, వీడు, అమ్మ సొత్తు, కూతలు..అన్నీ ఇలాంటి పదాలే వున్నాయి.. నిజంగా రాష్త్రం కావాలంటే ముందు ఇలాంటి భాష వాడటం తగ్గించి సహనం అలవర్చుకోండి.. ఉద్యమానికి అది చాలా ముఖ్యం.. కె.సి.ఆర్ , కోదందరాం లాంటి వాల్లు వాడుతున్నరు అంటే, వాళ్ళకి నిజంగా రాష్త్రం అక్కర్లేదు..వాళ్ళ అవసరాలు వాళ్ళకి బాగానే తీరుతున్నాయి..

You are seeming to be under impression that andhra people are electing good guys and hence development. But the case is different.
Andhra people are consistently coming into power because they are more in numbers. They are able to accumulate more number of MLAs in this parliamentary system. They do development only on the interest of commissions. But, in the process they allocate funds. Since they have power with them, they brutally allocate to single region. Like the waters that are opened to Coastal area.
I agree, if T MLAs are more, probably the same things would have happened in the reverse manner. Since these two regions are distinctly different, they can not become one even after 100 years. Which is why these differences. And due to the same reason, we are asking for a separate state.
In my opinion, the only possible solution for this is to give 50% of share of MLAs to Telangana irrespective of its population and the remaining 50% should go to andhra and rayala seema. But constitutionally this can never happen and hence the separation.
If we are separate, there would be no scope for bias. You enjoy your resouces and I enjoy mine. There would be no chance for diverting funds or waters.
